The Urban furniture package from Furnish That Room is one of our mid level furniture packages and is the last of our CORE furniture packages. It’s perfect for those looking for value and style – typically suited more to a city centre apartment – Large fabric corner (which can be swapped for a 3+1 seater if needed) ….Mix of fabrics and glass give a cosy feel.

 

 

Typically to be used in rental properties with an expected rental yield of between £800 – £950 PCM.

As with all of our furniture packages, both CORE or our PRIME offerings, you can tailor them to suit your requirements. We have put all our packages together to help you see what we can give you as a ‘one stop shop’ solution. Our CORE furniture packages are available ‘off-the-shelf’ and are always held in stock – so these can be turned around really quick if you are on a tight deadline – just contact us to discuss. Our PRIME furniture packages generally have a lead time of between 7 – 10 days…from enquiry to full fit out…..if you need it quicker than that then just call us and we will do our best.

DELIVERY, ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

*For all our packages Delivery, Assembly and Installation is all included in the price if the package is required in one of our local areas – Liverpool, Manchester, the Wirral, Southport, Formby, Chester and other local areas in the north-west. For all other areas there will be a delivery charge dependant on location and fuel costs – please contact us to discuss the delivery location and your requirements so we can give you these delivery charges if applicable.

 

THE PROCESS…..HOW DOES IT WORK?

We will agree a date and set everything up for the day of delivery. We will collect keys to gain access or simply meet you at the property. Our well trained fitters will do everything to make the process as smooth as possible. They will deliver, setup and install all items and remove all packaging debris leaving the property ready for occupation – keys can then be taken back to be dropped off at collection point.

All our installations require a minimum 2 man delivery team and in some cases a third fitter will be on hand depending on the location and ease of access/parking at the property.  If you have ordered any extra items, artwork, mirrors, kitchen package, bedding, white goods etc…. these will be all be fitted / unpacked. We are more than happy to remove old items (like for like) and take to recycling – please make us aware of this when ordering your package (s).

In most cases a visit to the property is not required – this helps us keep our costs down and pass the savings onto you. On the day of installation we carry smaller items with us as alternatives just in case certain items will not fit – you will be alerted to this on the day if we feel the change is important.
