Fran set the buisness up in 2004 and has since worked tirelessly to develop Furnish That Room as the goto company for property professionals. Attention to detail is key and nothing is left to chance. From sourcing the correct product to making sure the customer gets what they are promised, Fran continues to drive our ethos to never let the customer down. A happy customer is a repeat customer.


Financial Director

Since joining the team in 2015 Adam has brought a wealth of commercial and financial support to the business.


Financial Controller

Amy makes sure the business has what it requires to run as smooth as possible. Ensuring we have good relationships with our extensive supply chain enables us to keep our customers happy by providing exactly what we promise.


Customer Service Manager

Our front of house. Jackies knowledge of furniture for rental property is paramount in her role. Her ability to deal with last minutre requests from letting agents and landlords has enabled us to build a great level of trust with our customers. Her personable approach has made our long standing customers feel more like friends which says a lot about the level of service she aways gives, no matter how small an enquiry may be.


Sales & Marketing

As an integral part of our team. Ashley has been instrumental in helping implement our growth strategy and is keen to continue in spreading the word about Furnish That Room. Her deep understanding in digital marketing also enables us to push the business in directions previously untouched.


Installations Supervisor

Since joining the company Craig has been keen to impress. He displays very high levels of planning and organisational skills that are required to go about his day-to-day roll.  Also having inhuman levels of energy, a standard 8 hour normally isn’t enough to tire him out. He is always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.


Warehouse & QC

Johns role is all important in making sure the warehouse runs as it should. From checking off deliveries and ensuring they are correct to order,  to making sure that everything leaves us in tip top condition for installation.  He always approaches his work with a smile and is always more than happy to do what is asked.  Johns varied skill set also gives us the confidence that a job will always be sorted out.
