About the Project – Studio Show Apartment

This studio show apartment was completed at Grosvenor’s One Park West development in Liverpool. This flagship residential development formed part of the £1 billion scheme which completely transforms vast parts of the city centre. A huge chunk of this scheme was to redevelop a large shopping area but also provide residential accomodation. 324 apartments were built alongside the now famous ‘Liverpool One’ shopping destination. This was one of 3 show apartments we completed at the same time as furnishing over 150+ apartments for the lettings market.
