We successfully furnished 220 build-to-rent apartments at The Keel, Liverpool, delivering a cohesive and durable furniture scheme tailored to modern urban living.

Across the living spaces, we supplied contemporary fabric sofas with clean lines and supportive cushioning, paired with matching armchairs in selected units to maximise seating capacity. Coffee tables featured minimalist designs with durable tops and timber-style legs, complemented by coordinated side tables where space allowed.

Dining areas were fitted with compact, modern dining sets, combining sturdy tables with easy-maintenance chairs designed for everyday use. In open-plan layouts, the furniture was carefully scaled to maintain flow while clearly defining living and dining zones.

Bedrooms were furnished with upholstered bed frames, offering both comfort and a strong visual anchor within the space. Each unit included coordinated bedside tables and practical chest storage solutions, along with full-height wardrobes to maximise storage capacity.

Throughout the scheme, we prioritised robust materials, neutral finishes, and timeless silhouettes to ensure longevity, ease of maintenance, and broad tenant appeal across all 220 apartments.
