Our Build-to-Rent furniture package at Embankment Exchange, Manchester was designed to deliver a modern, high-quality living experience at scale, furnishing 303 apartments with a cohesive, durable and stylish interior scheme that appeals to young professionals and city renters.

The living areas were styled to feel warm, relaxed and functional, creating an inviting space for residents to unwind and entertain. Neutral upholstered sofas and armchairs form the core of the seating area, complemented by textured rugs that add softness and warmth against the timber flooring. Minimalist glass and black metal coffee tables keep the space feeling open and contemporary, while media units and carefully positioned TVs establish a clear focal point for the room.

The dining areas were designed to complement the living spaces while maintaining a boutique apartment aesthetic. Round marble-effect dining tables help maximise the use of space and create a sociable layout, paired with velvet dining chairs that add a touch of luxury and texture.
