Central Park – 174 Build to Rent Furniture Packs – Liverpool

For this project at Central Park, Liverpool, we delivered a cohesive furniture package across 174 BTR apartments, focusing on durability, comfort, and a clean, contemporary aesthetic suited to modern city living.

In the living areas, we installed durable, contemporary sofas in neutral fabrics, paired with lightweight accent chairs to maximise seating without overcrowding the space. A warm wood coffee table provides a practical central feature.

Dining spaces were furnished with space-efficient round tables and matching modern chairs, creating a functional and cohesive layout suited to open-plan living.

In the bedrooms, we installed upholstered divan beds paired with padded headboards to add both comfort and a premium feel. Each unit was complemented with coordinated bedside tables featuring simple, functional storage and a compact footprint to maximise space.

We supplied streamlined bedroom storage solutions, including full-height wardrobes with a soft matte finish and minimalist detailing, designed to provide ample capacity while maintaining a refined look. Matching chest of drawers were included to enhance functionality and maintain consistency across the scheme.

Each piece was selected to balance robustness for long-term rental use with a neutral, timeless design that appeals to a wide tenant demographic.
