We’re proud to have delivered the full furnishing scheme for 120 apartments at The Eight Building in Liverpool, a standout Built-to-Rent development designed for modern city living.

Our brief was to create interiors that feel both stylish and effortlessly liveable, appealing to a wide range of residents while maintaining a cohesive, high-end look throughout the building. We curated a contemporary palette of soft neutrals, layered textures, and refined finishes—combining comfort with durability to suit the demands of rental living.

Each apartment was thoughtfully furnished to maximise space and light, featuring clean-lined furniture, elegant dining areas, and inviting lounge spaces. Bedrooms were designed as calm, restful retreats, with upholstered headboards and premium furniture.

The result is a collection of apartments that feel premium yet practical, helping The Eight Building stand out in Liverpool’s competitive rental market while delivering a welcoming environment and a place residents are proud to call home.
