Element The Quarter – 457 x Student Accomodation Furniture Packs – Liverpool

This project showcases the delivery and installation of 457 student accommodation furniture packs, designed to create a modern, functional, and aspirational living environment for residents.

The scheme included a mix of studio apartments and cluster apartments, each carefully furnished to maximise space, comfort, and durability while maintaining a consistent, high-quality aesthetic throughout.

We supplied a comprehensive range of bespoke fitted furniture, including:

• Custom-designed study desks tailored to each layout
• Integrated wardrobes to optimise storage
• Wall-mounted headboards to enhance both comfort and visual appeal

In addition, all bedrooms were fitted with contract-grade steel bedframe bases, selected for their robustness, longevity, and suitability for high-use student environments.

The overall design balances practicality with a contemporary look, using durable materials and clean, modern finishes to create spaces that feel both professional and homely—helping the accommodation stand out in a competitive student market.
