For this one-bedroom serviced accommodation apartment in Milton Keynes, we delivered a complete furniture package designed to create a modern, stylish, and guest-ready space that maximises both comfort and visual impact.

The design focuses on bold contemporary styling paired with neutral tones, giving the apartment a boutique hotel feel while remaining durable and practical for short-term rental use.

The living space is centred around a statement rust-toned velvet sofa, bringing warmth and character to the room. This is styled with contrasting blue and rust cushions to create depth and a layered colour palette. A soft upholstered accent chair in a neutral fabric adds additional seating while maintaining a light, balanced aesthetic.

To complement the seating area, we included modern black lighting, a marble-effect coffee table, and minimalist abstract artwork that ties the space together. Large windows allow natural light to enhance the textures and colours, creating a welcoming environment for guests to relax.

The apartment features a sleek round marble-effect dining table with a black pedestal base, paired with modern upholstered dining chairs in a grey fabric finish. This compact yet stylish dining setup is ideal for guests dining, working remotely, or socialising during their stay.
