One Baltic Square – 296 x Build to Rent Furniture Packs – Liverpool

Our Build-to-Rent furniture package at One Baltic Square, Liverpool was designed to deliver a contemporary, durable, and space-efficient solution suitable for large-scale residential living. Across 296 apartments, we installed a coordinated furniture collection that balances modern aesthetics with practical everyday use.

The living spaces features a comfortable layout centred around a contemporary  fabric sofa in a neutral grey tone, providing a versatile base for modern apartment living. This is paired with a rectangular metal-framed coffee table with a dark top, offering a clean, industrial-inspired look while maintaining durability for high-usage environments. Beneath this sits a large area rug to anchor the seating zone and add texture. Adjacent to the lounge area, each apartment includes a compact square dining table with a minimalist white finish, accompanied by four contemporary dining chairs with moulded seats and slim frames, designed to maximise seating without overwhelming the space.

In the bedrooms, we installed a modern upholstered double bed  with a soft fabric finish, chosen for both comfort and durability in a rental environment. The beds are designed with a simple, timeless silhouette to complement the wider interior scheme while remaining practical for tenants.

Overall, the furniture package focuses on clean-lined contemporary pieces, neutral tones, and durable materials, ensuring the apartments feel modern, cohesive, and ready for immediate occupation while meeting the long-term demands of Build-to-Rent living.
