One Park Lane – 90 x Build to Rent Furniture Packs – Liverpool

We was appointed to deliver a complete Build-to-Rent furniture package for the prestigious One Park Lane development in Liverpool, furnishing 90 modern apartments designed for the city’s growing rental market.

Working closely with the developer and property management team, our goal was to create interiors that combine contemporary design, durability, and tenant appeal—key requirements for successful Build-to-Rent schemes.

Each apartment was fully furnished with a carefully curated furniture package including living, dining, bedroom, and accessory elements. Our team managed the entire process from design specification and procurement through to delivery and installation, ensuring every apartment was completed efficiently and to a consistent standard. The project was delivered on schedule, with our installation team furnishing all 90 units ready for occupation.
