Seaside Stay – 7x Serviced Accommodation packs – Penzance

We recently completed a full furniture supply and installation for seven serviced accommodation apartments in Penzance, Cornwall, delivering a cohesive, modern interior designed for comfort, durability, and guest appeal.

The furniture package was carefully curated to create a calm, contemporary coastal aesthetic that complements the Cornish location while ensuring practicality for short-term stays.

Each apartment features a comfortable grey upholstered sofa styled with textured scatter cushions in neutral and soft green tones to add warmth and character. A natural woven jute rug grounds the seating area, paired with a minimalist black metal coffee table with a marble-effect top, creating a modern yet relaxed feel.

To enhance the guest experience, we included soft lighting with contemporary floor lamps, indoor greenery, and large framed textured artwork that adds visual interest while maintaining the neutral palette.

The open-plan kitchen and dining areas were furnished with sleek round dining tables with marble-effect tops, paired with upholstered dining chairs in warm taupe fabric. This creates an inviting space for guests to dine or work while maintaining a clean and modern look.

Bedrooms were designed to feel hotel-quality yet homely, featuring upholstered statement headboards, premium bedding, and layered cushions in soft neutral and sage tones. Minimalist bedside lamps and natural wood bedside tables add warmth and balance to the contemporary styling.

Sliding doors opening to outdoor areas allow natural light to fill the rooms, while soft textiles and neutral tones ensure the spaces feel calm and relaxing.
