The Hive – 67 x Build to Rent Furniture Packs – Luton

Furnish That Room delivered 67 fully furnished Build to Rent  furniture packs for The Hive in Luton, creating stylish, functional homes ready for immediate occupancy.

Designed with the modern renter in mind, each apartment was carefully curated to combine contemporary design, durability, and comfort. The scheme features a sophisticated neutral palette complemented by textured fabrics, warm wood tones, and subtle accent colours to create a welcoming, high-end living environment.

The open-plan living spaces include comfortable lounge seating, marble-effect coffee tables and textured rugs. Dining areas were styled with marble-effect tables and upholstered chairs creating an inviting setting for everyday dining or entertaining.

In the bedrooms, we focused on comfort with upholstered bed and premium mattresses are paired with contemporary bedside tables and statement lighting, creating calm, relaxing spaces for residents.

Throughout the project, our team ensured each unit was delivered fully furnished, styled, and move-in ready, supporting The Hive’s goal of offering high-quality rental homes that appeal to modern urban living.
