The Mercantile – 32 x Build to Rent Furniture Packs – Liverpool

We delivered a full Build to Rent furniture installation at Mercantile, furnishing 32 apartments to create stylish, comfortable and rental-ready homes for incoming residents.

Our team managed the complete supply, delivery and installation of carefully selected furniture packages designed specifically for the build-to-rent market. Each apartment was furnished to achieve a balance of durability, functionality and contemporary design, ensuring the spaces felt welcoming while also standing up to long-term rental use.

The standard furniture packages included coordinated living, dining and bedroom pieces, complemented with accessories and finishing touches to create cohesive, move-in-ready interiors across the development.

In addition to the core apartments, four luxury units received an upgraded furniture package. These apartments were styled with premium furniture, upgraded finishes and enhanced interior details, creating a higher-end living experience while maintaining consistency with the overall design of the development.

The project was delivered through our end-to-end installation service, allowing the developer to have all apartments fully furnished and ready for occupation quickly and efficiently.
