FALKNER STREET – 8 BED SERVICED ACCOMMODATION – LIVERPOOL

This impressive 8-bedroom serviced accommodation project was fully furnished and styled by Furnish That Room, delivering a high-impact, design-led space built to host up to 22 guests comfortably.

The brief was to create a property that could handle large group stays without compromising on style, and the result is a seamless blend of functionality and standout design. We supplied and installed all furniture throughout, carefully planning layouts to maximise sleeping capacity while maintaining spacious, comfortable environments across every room.

The heart of the property is the large open-plan kitchen and dining area, designed for social living at scale. A bespoke dining setup, paired with statement seating and layered lighting, creates a central hub perfect for group dining and entertaining. The living spaces continue this theme, with bold colour palettes, contemporary furniture, and inviting layouts that encourage relaxation and connection.

Across all eight bedrooms, we introduced individual styling schemes using rich textures, accent colours, and carefully selected furnishings to give each space its own identity while keeping a consistent, premium feel throughout. Durable, high-quality beds and furnishings ensure the property performs as well operationally as it does visually.

As with all our projects, we delivered a complete turnkey solution—supplying not only the furniture but also all finishing touches including artwork, mirrors, lighting, soft furnishings, and accessories. Every detail was considered to elevate the guest experience and create a property that stands out online.
