Designed to accommodate up to 20 guests, the property balances high-capacity living with a premium, boutique-style finish—ideal for short stays, group bookings, and city breaks.

We supplied and installed all furniture throughout the property, carefully selecting pieces that maximise both comfort and durability while maintaining a cohesive, high-end aesthetic. From statement velvet sofas and bespoke bed setups to space-efficient layouts across all six bedrooms, every detail was considered to enhance both guest experience and operational performance.

Beyond the core furnishings, we completed the full styling package—incorporating artwork, mirrors, lighting, soft furnishings, and decorative accessories to bring each space to life. The result is a visually striking interior that photographs exceptionally well, helping the property stand out on booking platforms while creating a memorable stay for guests.
